All of our network drawings are created using Computer Assisted Drawing.

Special copies of the drawings and cabling data are  packaged for the installer.  The package also includes special labelling for all the components of the structured cabling system.

A copy of the installation document is used by the Project Manager as a management tool during the installation phase.

When the cabling system is complete, an updated, bound copy of the documentation is delivered to the client.  Included are copies of all of the system drawings, a list of the materials used, the cable schedule, test results and any additional information relevant to the installation. 

The client may also request that the documentation be made available to them on a password protected page on the CharterCom web site.
